Jeff is a litigation attorney that has worked in the Tampa Bay area for 10 years, and grew up in Auburndale, FL. Growing up in Auburndale, Jeff learned the value of hard work and doing things the right way. He learned to respect all people just trying to do their best, regardless of their circumstance. He worked during law school to help pay his expenses and has first hand knowledge of what it is to struggle to pay bills. He held jobs simultaneously as a dishwasher and a law clerk to help make ends meet.
He graduated from Stetson Law School in 2004 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of that year. In his professional legal career he has gained extensive experience, including working with real estate closings, title litigation, real estate litigation, deficiency actions, personal money judgments, and foreclosure law. He previously worked for a large firm based in Tampa, and was the managing attorney of their litigation department for 4+ years, until he decided to start his own firm. He has primarily handled depositions, evidentiary hearings, mediations, trials, evictions, and appeals for large financial institutions. He has had several published appellate decisions.
In addition to making him qualified to handle actions on behalf of creditors, his above experience has prepared him with the knowledge to represent an individual borrower in defending those actions. It has also exposed him to a range of options that help in working out the best resolution with a creditor. He is ready to put his knowledge in creditor's and debtor's rights to work, and is eager to help you resolve your legal issues.

I have always worked in the hopes of building a reputation of providing smart, sensible, and cost-effective legal and real-world solutions for my clients. My goal is never to simply generate fees. It is, in part, to spread the joy of feeling secure in home ownership. That may be found in the purchase of a new home that I can close for you, in reaching a resolution to avoid foreclosure, or in litigating to reach a beneficial outcome. Every case is unique and requires a tailored approach to the desired goal.
Often, more than one area of legal experience is required when real estate or financial issues arise. With my firm, my knowledge may avoid you having to hire a multitude of attorneys. I can advocate for you in multiple areas of law.
I can serve a wide range of clientele, and every client relationship is valued greatly and treated with dignity and respect. Each engagement benefits from the depth and breadth of my experience. Let me put 10 years of legal experience to work for you.
I look to provide effective and knowledgeable representation for you or your business. My professional reputation and success with past clients and their business needs came as a result of hard work and knowing the law. There's no substitution for knowledge and hard work.
The complex, important, and often ground-breaking matters in foreclosure law and real estate litigation on which I work can attract the best and brightest attorneys from all around the state. I have worked with many great people over the past 10 years and have found that one trait they have in common is dedication to the task at hand. That is a trait that I take pride in possessing and I will work until the job is finished.
Whether you are an individual with extensive experience dealing with the legal system, or if this is your first foray into the area, you can rest assured that I’m going to help you and that I will be with you every step of the way. I’m committed to providing you with top notch legal representation and knowledge. I approach every client with a focus on integrity, advocacy, and understanding.
The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be solely based on an advertisement. The statements on this site are for informational purposes only, are not specific to an individual's unique case, and the reading of it does not form an attorney client relationship. An attorney client relationship is only formed after a consultation and the execution of a retention agreement.
