Jeff Gano, President/Owner

Jeff is a litigation attorney that has worked in the Tampa Bay area for 10 years, and grew up in Auburndale, FL.  Growing up in Auburndale, Jeff learned the value of hard work and doing things the right way.  He learned to respect all people just trying to do their best, regardless of their circumstance.  He worked during law school to help pay his expenses and has first hand knowledge of what it is to struggle to pay bills.  He held jobs simultaneously as a dishwasher and a law clerk to help make ends meet.

He graduated from Stetson Law School in 2004 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of that year.  In his professional legal career he has gained extensive experience, including working with real estate closings, title litigation, real estate litigation, deficiency actions, personal money judgments, and foreclosure law.  He previously worked for a large firm based in Tampa, and was the managing attorney of their litigation department for 4+ years, until he decided to start his own firm.  He has primarily handled depositions, evidentiary hearings, mediations, trials, evictions, and appeals for large financial institutions.  He has had several published appellate decisions.

In addition to making him qualified to handle actions on behalf of creditors, his above experience has prepared him with the knowledge to represent an individual borrower in defending those actions.  It has also exposed him to a range of options that help in working out the best resolution with a creditor.  He is ready to put his knowledge in creditor's and debtor's rights to work, and is eager to help you resolve your legal issues.
