REAL ESTATE CLOSINGS

Gano Legal, P.A., handles real estate closings.  I am an approved title insurance agent and I am able to provide closing services for real estate closings, refinance closings, and title searches.  My office in Auburndale contains a comfortable conference room where closings can take place.  If necessary, I am able to conduct a closing through a mobile notary for transactions too far away to make the closing in Auburndale practical.
